Week before Half term!

Yelp, we have nearly reached half term - we could do with more weeks as there is still so much to learn and revise! Parents SATs meeting was very good with 24 out of 28 pupils represented. This is a great result. Some parents are now encouraging homework club for all Y6 and hopefully all parents will make sure children so their homework.
On the 15th (today) we did a second reading test. Staff hope results will show the progress made by all children. In the half term holiday, it will be important for everyone to read daily and keep on top of their learning. However, there has to be time for fun and relaxation too.

Well done on your result - it is good news but you are right - it's important to keep working hard now. Regarding maths, we only have Mrs Lerigo until Easter so you may as well stay in that group for this term. In the summer, it's just me and Mrs Hastings so everyone will be in the same room.
Have a good half term. Work for about an hour a day and that should keep you on top of your learning, the reading being especially important.
