Happy Easter

Hello to all those children who still read this Blog. I will update when I have time, but am now in a new post - headteacher at my new school.

Thank you for all the wonderful memories I take away with me from Victoria. I really enjoyed teaching the children there and working with the parents and community. Staff work hard to ensure you all have a good education.

I wish you luck and success in the exams in the summer term. Revise and do your best!

Half term coming up!

Hello to my ex-pupils. I hope the term is going well. For all those at De 'ferrers, I met your new head teacher, Mr Allen when he came to visit me and the children of the school. He seems a very fair head, who wants the best for his pupils.
Thsi term is whizzing by. We have headship interviews on Friday - we hope to appoint one of the five people being interviewed. It should be an interesting day for everyone!
Have a good week, followed by a relaxing week off.

Wishing all my ex-pupils a very happy 2012. May it bring health, happiness and success in all you and your families do.

Remember you can change your future by working hard and raising your expectations. Nothing is easy - hard work and resilience will be needed! Good luck and all the very best!
