Last week of term
As we approach our last week of term, Mrs Bell, Mrs Hastings and Mrs Lerigo are busy planning some fun activities. With Thursday being Christmas dinner day, it makes sense to have party games in the afternoon. Some prizes have already been bought, and because everyone enjoyed musical chairs for the Eid party, that is one game we will all be enjoying! However, we do need to start our Literacy unit of 'Street Child' on Monday. T
his will incorporate guided reading as well as history and link very well with our forthcoming trip to the Black Country Museum. Additionally the book is written by Berlie Doherty who also wrote Midnight Man.

thanks for updating the blog.the sln2 system has broke down(at least that`s wat is says on my computer;so i can`t get on it.can`t wait till Thursday!

Sometimes, the SLN is under maintenance, which is why we can't access it. Luckily, we also have the class Blog to read. Try reading past posts - quite interesting.

hi mrs bell the sln2 is going to open on the 13 or 14th or december so non of us are going to homework can't wait till thursday.

No problems regarding homework on SLN 2, Sana. As we are all learning to use SLN, the homework on their is an additional bonus to those who enjoy doing homework in a different format. ALL homework is aimed to help you to increase your skills, so it's useful if you do it.
Hamza, we have enough copies of street child to use as a class set. We will be using the books as part of our literacy lessons.
