Hello there year 6 parents
Well today brought our first lot of rain but the children put on their waterproofs and got on with enjoying themselves.
Two teams took part in the archery today which was amazing and some very high scores were reached. The other two teams took part in search and rescue and problem solving - a good time was had by all and the competition between the teams is greatAll the children are working hard on their daily diaries so you will be able to "read all about it" when they get back!
The food is great here, everyone is eating well and trying lots of new foods.
This evening the children will be running around on a photo trail before a well earned good nights sleep!!

from mum and dad.
There were some homesick children by Tuesday evening but everyone coped remarkably well. There was so much to do to keep us all occupied, we hardly got time for diaries. I liked the way everyone had a play with lego and cards in the dorms. It was very sociable. I enjoyed chatting to the children, something we seem to have very little time for in school.
Mrs Bell
Miss Ahktar, Mrs Akhtar and Mrs Annett arrived just after breakfast and insisted I had a nap as soon as possible( I had very little sleep on Tuesday). I was very grateful and went to bed whilst they did the morning activities. I felt better by lunch but needed another rest before the night began. Luckily Mr Rees and Mrs Lerigo came for tea and stayed until the children went to the dorms for bedtime routines.
